Wedding Photographer Edinburgh Lothian Chambers
Wedding photography at the Lothian Chambers in Edinburgh’s Old Town
I have found over the years as a wedding photographer Edinburgh has mass appeal with couples getting married from abroad who are seeking a romantic destination to exchange their wedding vows and love for each other. This particular couple were also looking for a flexible wedding photographer to tailor a digital photography package for their intimate marriage on New Years Eve 2010. After corresponding with me from Tokyo Japan, they booked Keystone Photography to photograph their small winter wedding held in Edinburgh at the Lothian Chambers on George IV Bridge.

St Giles Cathedral Wedding Photography
Winter Wedding Photography at two iconic venues in Edinburgh
To take great winter wedding photography Edinburgh is unmatched on a crisp day when the character of the streets and buildings really come to life from beneath the frosty layer. The couple chose St Giles’ Cathedral on the historical Royal Mile for their wedding ceremony with their reception party held at the award winning Apex International hotel in the Grassmarket.

Photography at Luss Parish Church then wedding reception at Lodge on Loch Lomond
With the whole of Scotland as a territory for wedding photography Glasgow is a city that Keystone receives a large number of enquiries from. From couples who live in Glasgow or from brides and grooms getting married there. This particular couple were from Glasgow and planned a romantic wedding ceremony at Luss Parish Church with their wedding reception held at the idyllic Lodge on Loch Lomond in Argyll (which is only 30 minutes from Glasgow). Like many couples they booked Keystone Photography years in advance because they trusted us to do the best job for them and we are lucky enough that our wedding photography services are in high demand!

Wedding Photography at Melville Castle
Intimate wedding photographed at Melville Castle Hotel Edinburgh
In wedding photography Edinburgh is my specialist area but Keystone Photography gets booked very often from couples living outside of Scotland. This particular wedding was at the award winning Melville Castle in Edinburgh and the couple were from the south of England. The wedding itself was quite small and intimate and the venue more than suited the couple’s cosy theme. Keystone Photography is happy to photograph any sized wedding in Edinburgh and throughout Scotland.

Wedding photography of groomsmen outside Wedderburn Castle
Contemporary wedding photography at Wedderburn Castle in the Scottish Borders
For wedding photography Edinburgh is home to many photographers including Keystone Photography, the wedding photography specialists. We photograph weddings throughout Scotland from way up the Scottish Highlands to the foot of the Scottish Borders. Wedderburn Castle near Duns, Berwickshire, is a country house in the Scottish Borders where Keystone Photography has photographed a number of weddings over the years. Couples can get married indoors in one of their many licensed rooms or weather permitting your wedding ceremony can be held outside on the Castle lawn (yes Scotland is privy to good climate!). As a contemporary wedding photographer I’m spoilt for choice at Wedderburn Castle.
